This Consent applies in cases where BRANDOM 22, CORP. (the “Company,” “we”) requests the user’s consent to the processing of personal data on the website brandom22corp.com or in connection with the provision of personalized digital products.

If processing in a particular situation is based on consent, the user voluntarily agrees to the processing of the personal data that the user provides to the Company for the relevant purpose.
For the calculator and personalized materials, such data may be the date of birth. The date of birth is used to perform the calculation, determine the relevant information, and/or prepare the purchased personalized material.
For the free calculation, the Company does not require a name, phone number, or email, unless separately stated on the relevant page. The Company does not use the date of birth for marketing mailings.
When a payment is made, Stripe may request an email and payment information in accordance with its rules and the settings of the payment page. Full bank card details are entered by the user in Stripe’s payment environment and are not requested by the Company through site forms.
In the free calculator, the date of birth is entered to obtain a result on the site. When purchasing a personalized product, the user may send the date of birth to the Company via Telegram, WhatsApp, or another channel indicated by the Company, so that the Company can prepare and deliver the individual material, including a PDF, audio material, or another format stated at the time of purchase.
After the personalized product has been prepared and delivered, the Company does not use the date of birth for new independent purposes, unless otherwise required by law or related to the justified resolution of a dispute. The message containing the date of birth may technically remain in the Telegram or WhatsApp chat history in accordance with the functionality, settings, and rules of the relevant service. The user may save or download the materials provided on their own.
Third-party services, including Tilda, Stripe, Telegram, and WhatsApp, may be used for the operation of the site, payment, and communication. These services may independently process technical, payment, contact, or profile data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Transferring data through such services may involve international processing.
The Company follows the principle of data retention minimization. If data technically enters Tilda Leads through site forms, its retention period is determined by the setting of the Company’s Tilda account described in the Privacy Policy (as of the effective date of this version, 1 day). This setting does not mean that the Company controls all technical processing of data by Tilda’s infrastructure. A date of birth provided for the preparation of a personalized product is not intended for building a permanent customer database and is used to the extent necessary to prepare and deliver the product, as well as in other cases permitted or required by applicable law.
When Telegram or WhatsApp is used, individual messages and data may be retained in the infrastructure of the relevant service in accordance with its settings, rules, and technical capabilities.
Where processing is based specifically on consent, the user may withdraw it by sending a request to Brandom22corp@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received and does not cancel processing that may be necessary on another applicable legal basis, for example to fulfill an order, maintain mandatory records, resolve a dispute, or comply with legal requirements.
If the user does not provide the date of birth required for a personalized product, the Company may be unable to perform the relevant calculation or prepare that product.
The site, calculator, and products of BRANDOM 22, CORP. are intended for users aged 18 and over.
